A LITTLE HISTORY
In 2009 I developed and launched my first three DIY cheese making kits here on Etsy. At that time, DIY kits were just a glimmer in everyone's eyes and mine were the only cheese kits on Etsy for almost three years. Etsy even visited me for two days and made a short film about my business! See it above?
Soon Whole Foods Market came knocking, then Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, Nordstrom, Macy's, Food Network...then book publishers. And in 2016 I ran a
successful Kickstarter Campaign so I could answer the demand for vegan cheesemaking options. I was then the first on Etsy with vegan cheesemaking kits too. Braggy brag, I know, but I'm very proud! :)
I have since published four books on making cheese, taught countless classes to groups of all sizes and continue to offer innovative kits, books and online classes for beginners.
I know it can feel scary to try a new skill but I promise you, you can create delicious, wholesome cheeses. When you taste your first cheese you'll wish you tried it sooner!
